Why This Work Matters
Circular healthcare should do more than save money—it should help create a fairer future. Where safe, validated and legally permitted, reprocessing single-use medical devices can lower purchasing costs, reduce waste and ease demand for newly manufactured materials.
CircularMedTech explores how that value could also support workers, communities and circular-economy capacity in the Global South. By connecting evidence, impact modelling and transition-finance scenarios, this work asks not only what healthcare can save, but who could benefit—and how those benefits can be verified.
